I was absolutely impressed with the high quality food and taste ofy meals that were delivered. It was fresh and homely, my favourite was the Salmon and the pizza meals. The raspberry Chia pudding was delicious, it felt like l was having a very naughty desert but healthy. Thank you for supplying top quality meals, my husband was certainly impressed .

Fantastic food & service. No more cooking but still healthy & cheap. No contract is a bonus.

I have tried several and this is by far the best. 10kg down so far and genuinely enjoying the meals.

Food is great, please work on your packaging, I’ve had (4) meals now that I’ve had to throw in the bin because the seal was broken.

The food is delicious and fresh and stays consistent for the week. Makes following a Keto diet very easy. I have done a mixture of 900IF & 1200IF and have lost 7.3 kilos in 5 weeks. Very happy.
