Improvement: I'm not the biggest fan of green beans. I love the broccoli, zucchini, and cauliflower though

I would recommend this service to anyone who struggles to cook for themselves and wants to lose weight on the keto diet. It's a much healthier approach as a lot of people including myself in the past have done an unhealthy version of this diet.

My three day keto meals

I was absolutely impressed with the high quality food and taste ofy meals that were delivered. It was fresh and homely, my favourite was the Salmon and the pizza meals. The raspberry Chia pudding was delicious, it felt like l was having a very naughty desert but healthy. Thank you for supplying top quality meals, my husband was certainly impressed .

Weight loss achieved so far: Only 1.5 kg, but I’ve only been on it 5 days. I’m sure it is going to work for me long term.
