Ingredients:
Chicken, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Greek Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Basmati Rice, Carrots, Peas, Bell Peppers, Onion, Mint, Pomegranate Arils, Broccoli, Toasted Cumin Seeds.
Components:
- Afghan Chicken: 200g (50g protein)
- Vegetable Rice: 150g (~3g protein, 30g carbs)
- Blanched Broccoli: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
- Mint Yoghurt: 20g (~1g protein, 2g fat)
Garnish:
- Fresh mint for aroma
- Pomegranate arils for sweetness and visual appeal
- A sprinkle of toasted cumin for depth
