Very good experience - Keto Meals

The variety in the menu for keto is awesome. I'm still working my way around trying different menu items but considering everything (the need to package and deliver meals compliant with your needs), I am very satisfied. The pizza is cut up so it fits into the regular containers, but their almond meal crust is a winner. It really passes off for bread which is awesome on keto. Individually, the reviews for the meals vary but overall, I am happy with the taste, portions (400g) and comfortable with the price. Of course you can add your own seasoning like salt, butter, garlic powder, cheese to suit your taste. Doing so upgrades the taste part of your experience from good to perfect.

My message to others considering this is to go for it, trial some meals. As long as you can afford it, I think it will form an amazing complement to your keto plan, helping you stay on track and just simplifying many meals for you.

Improvement: Need to add a bit of variety in the vegetables like zucchini, cabbage, eggplant, mushrooms instead of just broccoli. Pumpkin is not a keto veg so these vegetable would be better.
