Lamb, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato Paste, Fresh Tomatoes, Yogurt, Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Brown Rice, Roasted Eggplant, Blanched Carrots, Fresh Coriander, Red Chilies.

Components:

  • Lamb Rogan Josh: 200g
  • Rogan Josh Sauce: 50g
  • Brown Rice: 180g
  • Roasted Eggplant: 40g
  • Blanched Carrots: 40g

Garnish:

  • Fresh coriander leaves for aroma
  • Thinly sliced red chilies for a mild heat kick
  • A light drizzle of yogurt for creaminess
