Our meals are fresh, not frozen to ensure you have the freshest and most nutritious meal.

Our meals will last safely in your fridge for up to 7-10 days with no preservatives due to our cooling/sealing method. 

Please check the expiry date sticker on your individual meals and keep the meals under refrigerated under 4 degrees celcius immediately and do not remove the meals from it's clear packaging.

No we don't, we like to keep the ingredients as simple and natural as possible.

Our meals have no added sugar, artificial ingredients, colouring, chemical preservatives. Even our sauces are made in our own kitchen!

We offer delicious home-style cooking with no added sugar, artificial ingredients, coloring, chemical preservatives and less salt. Here are how we source several of our ingredients:

Vegetables: Fresh local produce sourced daily from Australian farmers. Plants that are grown in bio-dynamic soil are allowed to grow and feed as nature intends. Fresh produce sourced locally in Australia and preference to deal with farmers with a GM policy such as organic farms.

Seafood: Wild seafood sourced from the Sydney Fish Markets. Wild caught fish are known to contain a higher nutritional profile with significantly less traces of chemicals & antibiotics. Sourced daily from the Sydney Fish Markets, pan seared for golden colour then baked gently to lock in natural flavor.

Sauces: Our sauces are homemade, not store bought for maximum taste. We keep our sauces authentic and without hidden ingredients.

Meats: Fresh free range meat with no added hormones (GMO) or chemicals, pan seared for golden colour and finished in the oven keeping them juicy.

Our chickens have no added steroids, hormones or chemicals. Our eggs are free range eggs - 100% Australian - source of omega 3 + good source of protein to support muscle growth and repair - Supporting Australian Farmers

•           Our meats are Organic & Bio-Dynamic Certified. 

•           Lilydale Free Range Chicken - No added steroids, hormones or chemicals.

•           Free Range eggs - 100% Australian - Source of Omega 3 + Good Source of protein to support muscle growth and repair 

•           Cowobbee Grass Fed Red Angus beef are tastier and tenderer and notable for their lay down intramuscular marbling qualities.

•           Lynden White Suffolk Lamb from the high Central Tablelands of NSW

•           Australian Pastured Pork from Mirrabooka Park with PROOF Licence

•           Bio-Dynamic ensures free from hormones and from all chemical residue.

•           All animals are able to freely range.

•           Animals will not be kept in cages or paddocks.

•           All animals are kept at stock densities that will ensure access to forage and grazing.

•           There is no usage of growth promoters.

•           All animals thrive in their environment and are able to carry out natural behaviours.

•           Bio-dynamic process ensures and regulates the healthy, humus rich soil.

To customise/remove ingredients just insert it on the "special instructions" section after you click add to cart. 

On the products page you can select:

1. Ingredients: Organic, Standard, Vegetarian, Vegan.

2. Meal size: 250 grams or 400 grams.

3. Calorie level: High Calories/Protein, Normal Calories/Protein or Low Calories/Protein.

4. We are able to further customise your food. This means we can cater for most eating preferences or diet preferences you have. Please insert this on the special instructions section after adding to cart.

Here are some further examples of how you can customise:

- Remove any ingredient you don't like. E.g. Removal of Dairy, Wheat, Tree Nuts etc.

- Substitute different types of meat. E.g. Swap Fish for Chicken.

- Texture modify your food. I.e. Softened, Pureed.

Since we hand-cook the meas to your order, we can cater to your eating preferences and diet. Including diets such as Plant-based, Ketogenic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, LCHF, Low Carb diets, Diabetic friendly, Free from gluten products, no added sugar, dairy free, Paleo, Halal, Alkaline, Low Sodium, Organic diets etc.

Yes absolutely, since we hand-cook the meals to your order, we have the flexibility to cater to your eating preferences and diet. 

We can offer diets such as Plant-based, Ketogenic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, LCHF, Low Carb diets, Diabetic friendly, Free from gluten products, no added sugar, dairy free, Paleo, Halal, Alkaline, Low Sodium, Organic diets etc.

Although we take great care in preparing our meals to cater for your needs. It is the client’s responsibility to refer to the nutritional panel and ingredients of each meal before purchasing the meals. The main allergens are stated in the product pages, however please double check each ingredient for anything you may be allergic to when you receive the product.

We follow a strict procedure separating the allergens/dietary requirements away from your meals however cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our meals. 

If you require specific dietary guidance, we strongly suggest consultation with your healthcare professional as we accept no liability for any allergic reaction, by a client especially if you have a life threatening allergy.

Yes, just include this in the special instructions after adding the item to cart. E.g NO GLUTEN.

There are no minimum orders and no contracts. Shipping is free with minimum order of $50.

Otherwise a $10 delivery fee applies for any orders less than the above.

We use secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data for your online banking transactions. When you pay for you order the address bar turns from “http://” to “https://” and shows a padlock on the left side of it to indicate that the data is encrypted.

There are no minimum orders and no contracts. Shipping is free with minimum order of $50 or with any meal plan.

Otherwise a $10 delivery fee applies for any orders less than the above.

You will receive an email confirming day and time of delivery and may also receive an additional text the night before your scheduled delivery day to provide a better ETA or a tracking link and then a subsequent confirmation (providing the correct email/mobile number has been provided to us)

Our third party delivery company will generally leave your delivery at your front door, mailbox, gate and although we cannot guarantee that the driver will follow additional instructions provided we will work with them to best accommodate your request.

Should you have very specific requirements or issues with mobility etc, please let us know so we can work out the best possible solution together.

Please provide your order number, your contact number and describe why you think the package was not received along with any information including pictures so we can investigate this for you.

Our packaging has been designed with the environment in mind and we have limited ability to pick up the boxes in selected locations in Metro NSW. 

We're working hard to establish a way to collect all the boxes as our third party couriers are unable to do this.

Did you know that our boxes are recyclable? The liners in the boxes are even compostable so you are doing your part in saving the environment. Further instructions on how to recycle will be included in your welcome letter.
