Recommend this one. It’s simple but nice. Easy reach meal when I can’t decide what to eat. Comfort food. I wish it has a bit of cheese but I can add my own Parmesan. A gluten option too would be great as I’m not usually a big fan of gluten free as it’s not as tasty as gluten. This is pretty good though. That’s my recommendation!

It was delivered all the way to Perth, icy icy cold, the blocks were solid. The food was a little shaken around, but, it's not a problem. I have ordered again! Thanks so much. Recommend for those with dietary requirements to give ALifeplus a go for sure.
They are best when they are piping hot.
Tasty but you really need to seperate this meal. The potatoes need longer than 2 minutes to be hot and you dont want to heat the coleslaw.
This is one of my favourites. Recommend heating the broccoli seperate.

Perfect for those with limited time to dive into to keto diet while obtaining a range of nutrients. Very happy with this, and the overnight delivery means they arrive before I head to work and can place my meals straight in the fridge. The Thai Red Curry is my favourite meal at the moment - the replacement of rice with Broccoli is an incredible combo that feels much better in your body.
A great mix of flavour and ingredients. I hope to see more dishes like this added to the menu in the very near future. They are not too high in calories but provide a very satisfying feeling after eating.
I got the 250gram and it was filling. The flavours were really good. The chicken was moist and not crumbly. I recommend this meal for your keto way of eating.

Im very happy with the meals that Ive been getting for 6 months now. I enjoy the taste and the serves are very filling. Being disabled they have been a huge help in my life. I have tried numerous other food delivery services but I have found A Life Plus certainly the best. The service you receive is also very good.
The Beef Rump Steak with Cauliflower Rice and Creamy Mustard Thyme Sauce is fantastic. Even the 250g is a large serve and it's very filling.
