WHAT TYPE OF HIGH-PROTEIN DIET IS THIS?
Your high-protein diet will contain Protein: 30-40%, Fat: 40-50%, Carbs: 10-15% (50-75g carbs per day). This is ideal for those looking to build muscle, stay full longer, and maintain long-term consistency.

CAN I REALLY CUSTOMISE MY MEALS?
Yes! You can customise every meal after you place your order. Other companies only let you swap out a few ingredients. We always allow FULL customisation.
The benefits of using our service is that we can personalise meals that fit perfectly to your macro levels, tastes and preferences.Before you start the program we will help you calculate the amount of calories, proteins, fats you will require to achieve Ketosis, and if you are looking to lose weight etc, we can also take that into account.We can tailor the number of calories, the size of your meals, the ingredients you love and exclude the ingredients you don’t want and cater for any special dietary requirements. (e.g. 1850 calories, add spinach, no nuts.)
HOW DO I KNOW MY MEALS HAVE THE CORRECT MACROS/NUTRIENTS?

CAN I CYCLE A HIGH-PROTEIN DIET?
High-protein diet cycling doesn’t have a strict definition. Some people choose to have five or six days on high protein followed by a day or two with moderate carbs. Others follow 10 to 12 days high protein with three to four days off. We typically don’t recommend taking more than two days off, but we create plans that work for your life! So, you can adjust your schedule as needed.
