Important Information:

• Your meals are refrigerated up until the minute they are delivered, and they will stay chilled in the box for approximately 6-9 hours depending on the temperature. Please ensure you refrigerate the meals immediately.
• Once the delivery has been made to your property successfully, we cannot be held liable for any issues after that point.
• You may receive an additional text the night before your scheduled delivery day to provide a better ETA or a tracking link, followed by a confirmation, provided the relevant information has been given to us.
• Our third-party delivery company will generally leave your delivery at your front door, mailbox, or gate. Although we cannot guarantee they will follow any additional instructions, we will work with them to best accommodate your request.
