Our seafood comes from the Sydney Fish Markets, ensuring high nutritional quality with minimal traces of chemicals and antibiotics. Our meats are free-range and organic-certified, free from added hormones or chemicals. We also offer free-range eggs sourced locally in Australia, supporting Australian farmers and providing a rich source of omega-3 and protein.
HOW LONG DO A LIFE PLUS MEALS STAY FRESH?
Our meals are sealed and cooled using a special method that allows them to stay fresh in your fridge for up to 7-10 days without the need for preservatives. Please check the expiry date sticker on individual meals and store them refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius or below immediately upon receipt, without removing them from their clear packaging.
