Improvement: Offer potato mash as an option too
Beef Rendang, Charred Zucchini, Garlic Bokchoy, and Cauliflower Mash.

It’s very nice and tasty, I recommend it. I didn’t realise it was cauliflower mash as I have normal mash usually. That was still very nice so would recommend to the keto folks to try it. I wish it did come with normal potato mash for the rest of us.

Improvement: Instructions per meal on how best to heat from frozen (longer microwave time, stir fry heating, oven heating) to try minimise the watery nature of heating from frozen
Great all round

Perfect for those with limited time to dive into to keto diet while obtaining a range of nutrients. Very happy with this, and the overnight delivery means they arrive before I head to work and can place my meals straight in the fridge. The Thai Red Curry is my favourite meal at the moment - the replacement of rice with Broccoli is an incredible combo that feels much better in your body.
