What a fantastic idea. A small cube packed with so much. It was very dense, filling me up quickly and keeping me satisfied for longer than i expected. It tasted like a yummy treat from a cafe.

The powerful combination of the dried fruit, especially the apricot, and the nuts and seeds, made my mouth water. It was yummy, fresh, and sweet but not sugary. Just what I wanted for a refreshing snack to keep me going.
