Ingredients:
Barramundi, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Brown Rice, Blanched Green Beans, Roasted Pumpkin, Pumpkin Seeds, Fresh Parsley, Salt, Pepper.
Components:
- Grilled Barramundi: 200g (50g protein)
- Brown Rice: 150g (~5g protein, 44g carbs)
- Blanched Beans: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
- Roasted Pumpkin: 75g (~1g protein, 7g carbs)
Garnish:
- Lemon zest or a wedge of lemon
- Chopped parsley for brightness
- Roasted pumpkin seeds for crunch
