Ingredients:
Barramundi, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Quinoa, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Fresh Herbs (Dill/Parsley), Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Blanched Green Beans, Coconut Milk, Lemon Zest, Garlic, Toasted Almond Slivers.
Components:
- Grilled Barramundi: 200g (50g protein)
- Quinoa Salad: 150g (~6g protein, 28g carbs)
- Blanched Beans: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
- Lemon Coco Sauce: 20g (~2g fat)
Garnish:
- A wedge of lemon
- Fresh dill or parsley
- Toasted almond slivers for crunch
