• Butter Chicken Masala: 200g (50g protein)
• Saffron Rice: 150g (~5g protein, 45g carbs)
• Blanched Beans: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
• Blanched Carrots: 75g (~1g protein, 6g carbs)

Garnish:

Fresh Coriander Leaves, A Swirl of Cream or a Drizzle of Ghee, Toasted Cumin Seeds
