Ingredients:

Barramundi, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Brown Rice, Blanched Green Beans, Roasted Pumpkin, Pumpkin Seeds, Fresh Parsley, Salt, Pepper.

Components:

  • Grilled Barramundi: 200g
  • Brown Rice: 180g
  • Blanched Beans: 40g
  • Roasted Pumpkin: 40g
  • Lemon Butter Sauce: 50g

Garnish:

  • Lemon zest or a wedge of lemon
  • Chopped parsley for brightness
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds for crunch
