Barramundi, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Quinoa, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Fresh Herbs (Dill/Parsley), Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Blanched Green Beans, Coconut Milk, Lemon Zest, Garlic, Toasted Almond Slivers.

Components:

  • Grilled Barramundi: 200g
  • Quinoa Salad: 180g
  • Blanched Beans: 40g
  • Roasted Pumpkin: 40g
  • Lemon Coco Sauce: 50g

Garnish:

  • A wedge of lemon for brightness
  • Fresh dill or parsley for freshness
  • Toasted almond slivers for crunch
