Ingredients:

Beef, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, White Rice, Bok Choy, Capsicum, Sesame Seeds, Green Onions.

Components:

  • Stir-Fried Beef in Black Pepper Sauce: 200g
  • White Rice: 180g
  • Blanched Bok Choy: 40g
  • Charred Capsicum: 40g
  •  Black Pepper Sauce: 50g

Garnish:

  • Sesame seeds for crunch
  • Thinly sliced green onions for freshness
