 - Brown Rice: 180g
 - Blanched Beans: 40g
 - Roasted Pumpkin: 40g
 - Lemon Butter Sauce: 50g
 
Garnish:
- Lemon zest or a wedge of lemon
 - Chopped parsley for brightness
 - Roasted pumpkin seeds for crunch
