Description:
A light and flavorful dish with grilled salmon, nutty quinoa salad, tender wilted kale, and sweet roasted pumpkin.
Ingredients:
Salmon, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Quinoa, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Fresh Herbs (Dill/Parsley), Wilted Kale, Roasted Pumpkin, Salt, Pepper.
Components:
- Grilled Salmon Fillet: 200g (50g protein)
 - Quinoa Salad: 150g (~5g protein, 45g carbs)
 - Wilted Kale: 75g (~2g protein, 4g carbs)
 - Roasted Pumpkin: 75g (~1g protein, 7g carbs)
 
Garnish:
- Lemon wedge
 - Fresh dill

Heating Instructions:
