Description:
A classic Italian dish featuring rich, meaty beef bolognese over al dente pasta, topped with grated parmesan and sweet roasted cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Beef, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes, Red Wine, Bay Leaves, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Pasta, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Parsley.
Components:
- Beef Bolognese Sauce: 200g (50g protein)
- Cooked Pasta: 150g (~5g protein, 45g carbs)
- Roasted Cherry Tomatoes: 75g (~1g protein, 7g carbs)
Plating Instructions:
- Place 150g of cooked pasta in the center of the plate.
- Spoon 200g of beef bolognese sauce over the pasta, allowing it to cascade slightly.
- Scatter 75g of roasted cherry tomatoes on top of the bolognese.
- Garnish with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
