Description:

A classic Italian dish featuring rich, meaty beef bolognese over al dente pasta, topped with grated parmesan and sweet roasted cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Beef, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomatoes, Red Wine, Bay Leaves, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Pasta, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Parsley.

Components:

  • Beef Bolognese: 180g
  • Beef Bolognese Sauce: 20g
  • Cooked Pasta: 250g
  • Roasted Cherry Tomatoes: 30g
  • Grated Parmesan: 40g

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil leaves for aroma & authenticity
