Description:
A fragrant, spiced Indian curry with creamy chicken tikka masala, nutty brown rice, crisp blanched beans, and sweet roasted pumpkin.
Ingredients:
Chicken, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Greek Yogurt, Tomato Paste, Cream, Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Brown Rice, Roasted Pumpkin, Blanched Beans, Fresh Coriander, Yogurt.
Components:
- Chicken Tikka Masala: 200g (50g protein)
- Brown Rice: 150g (~5g protein, 42g carbs)
- Roasted Pumpkin: 75g (~1g protein, 5g carbs)
- Blanched Beans: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
Plating Instructions:
- Place 150g of brown rice on one side of the plate.
- Ladle 200g of chicken tikka masala over the rice, allowing the sauce to flow slightly.
- Arrange 75g of roasted pumpkin on one side of the chicken.
- Add 75g of blanched beans beside the pumpkin.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and a drizzle of yogurt.
