Description:

A Mediterranean-inspired lamb dish with hearty roast potatoes, tender blanched broccoli, and tangy pickled radish.

Ingredients:

Lamb Rump, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary, Potatoes, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Blanched Broccoli, Pickled Radish, Fresh Mint, Lemon.

Components:

  • Lamb Rump Slices: 200g (50g protein)
  • Roast Potatoes: 150g (~3g protein, 35g carbs)
  • Blanched Broccoli: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
  • Pickled Radish: 75g (~1g protein, 4g carbs)

Plating Instructions:

  1. Arrange 150g of roast potatoes on the plate.
  2. Place 200g of lamb rump slices beside the potatoes.
  3. Add 75g of blanched broccoli on one side.
  4. Place 75g of pickled radish beside the broccoli.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
