Description:
Tender pulled pork paired with golden roast potatoes, crisp blanched bok choy, and spicy sriracha cauliflower.
Ingredients:
Pork, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Apple Cider Vinegar, Potatoes, Olive Oil, Bok Choy, Cauliflower, Sriracha Sauce, Mayonnaise, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Pepper.
Components:
- Pulled Pork: 185g (50g protein)
- Roast Potatoes: 150g (~3g protein, 35g carbs)
- Blanched Bok Choy: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
- Sriracha Cauliflower: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
Plating Instructions:
- Arrange 150g of roast potatoes on the plate.
- Place 185g of pulled pork beside the potatoes.
- Add 75g of blanched bok choy on one side.
- Layer 75g of sriracha cauliflower next to the bok choy.
- Garnish with coriander and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
