Ingredients:

Pork, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Apple Cider Vinegar, Potatoes, Olive Oil, Bok Choy, Cauliflower, Sriracha Sauce, Mayonnaise, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Pepper.

Components:

  • Pulled Pork: 185g
  • Roast Potatoes: 160g
  • Blanched Bok Choy: 40g
  • Sriracha Cauliflower: 40g
  •  BBQ Sauce: 50g

Garnish:

  • Fresh coriander
  • Drizzle of sriracha mayo
