Description:
Tender stir-fried beef in a bold black pepper sauce, paired with fluffy white rice, delicate blanched bok choy, and smoky charred capsicum.
Ingredients:
Beef, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, White Rice, Bok Choy, Capsicum, Sesame Seeds, Green Onions.
Components:
- Stir-Fried Beef in Black Pepper Sauce: 200g (50g protein)
- White Rice: 150g (~5g protein, 43g carbs)
- Blanched Bok Choy: 75g (~2g protein, 4g carbs)
- Charred Capsicum: 75g (~2g protein, 4g carbs)
Plating Instructions:
- Place 150g of white rice in the center of the plate.
- Arrange 200g of stir-fried beef in black pepper sauce on top of the rice.
- Neatly add 75g of blanched bok choy on one side.
- Layer 75g of charred capsicum beside the bok choy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
