- Thai Red Curry Chicken: 200g (50g protein)
- White Rice: 150g (~4g protein, 44g carbs)
- Stir-Fried Veggies: 75g (~2g protein, 5g carbs)
- Blanched Bok Choy: 75g (~2g protein, 4g carbs)
Garnish:
- Fresh Thai basil or cilantro
- Thinly sliced red chilies for a visual and flavor pop
- A drizzle of coconut milk for creaminess and shine
