CAN I CYCLE A CARNIVORE DIET?
Carnivore diet cycling doesn’t have a strict definition. Some people choose to follow a strict carnivore plan for five or six days, then incorporate a day or two with slightly higher fats or select non-carnivore foods. Others follow 10 to 12 days of strict carnivore with three to four days of flexibility. We typically don’t recommend taking more than two days off, but we create plans that work for your lifestyle! You can adjust your schedule as needed to maintain consistency while achieving your goals.
