A Life Plus make true keto meals, with the correct macro ratios - low low carbs, moderate protein and high in fats. The ingredients are excellent - the food is yummy and filling - they truly stand out in the market of 'delivered keto meals AND they provide a superior product. Improvement: In terms of opportunities to improve: having a few more breakfast and fish options would be good. And even options of a couple of fresh salads with tasty high fat dressings? The one thing that I think you really need to do is improve the nutritional information provided - l’ve noticed a couple of mistakes on what you do provide and I need to know more than just grams of carbs, protein and fat. Like dietary fibre, amount of iron and potassium, etc. and I have to continually translate kj to calories because I am on a calorie restricted diet and I track calories not kj but you don’t provide that.
