Improvement: Instructions per meal on how best to heat from frozen (longer microwave time, stir fry heating, oven heating) to try minimise the watery nature of heating from frozen
Great all round

Perfect for those with limited time to dive into to keto diet while obtaining a range of nutrients. Very happy with this, and the overnight delivery means they arrive before I head to work and can place my meals straight in the fridge. The Thai Red Curry is my favourite meal at the moment - the replacement of rice with Broccoli is an incredible combo that feels much better in your body.

Fantastic Keto meal...

I got the 250gram and it was filling. The flavours were really good. The chicken was moist and not crumbly. I recommend this meal for your keto way of eating.
