How It Works
Getting started is simple!
And we'll guide you

To begin with, choose how
your plan is managed.
Plan Managed Participants
1. Generate your quote through our online form.
2. Sign the Service Agreement.
3. Send both to your Plan Manager
for approval.
4. Once approved, email them to us and start ordering your meals.
Self Managed Participants
1. No Service Agreement required!
2. Order directly on our website and pay in full at checkout.
3. We’ll send your invoice by email for you to claim directly through the NDIS.
For Agency Managed (NDIA) Participants
MyPlace System Participants (PRODA Required)
1. Download and sign the Service Agreement & Quote.
2. Email both to NDIA with your NDIS number and item 01_023_0120_1_1. (Email to enquiries@ndis.gov.au)
3. Once NDIA creates your Service Booking, we’ll set up your account.
PACE System Participants
1. Sign the Service Agreement and endorse A Life Plus as your provider for 01_023_0120_1_1.
2. Email your agreement, quote, endorsement proof, and funding confirmation to us. (Email to enquiries@ndis.gov.au)
3. Once verified, we’ll activate your account and guide you to place your first order.
Direct Debit Payments
For your convenience, we offer direct debit payments. Simply complete the Direct Debit Authorisation Form
and email it to help@alifeplus.com.au. We’ll handle the rest and ensure your payments are
processed smoothly and on time.
