Our chef designed dietitian-approved menu provides flexibility to be adjusted for special dietary requirements and ability to add ingredients you love or remove the ingredients which you don’t want. We also personalise the dishes to your taste by adjusting the salt level, ingredient mix, the amount of sauce and removal of allergens etc.

We buy the freshest local Australian ingredients daily and hand cook your meals in our local kitchen to order. Dishes are then sealed fresh and delivered to you within 24 hours.

How to personalise:

1. Pick the menu items individually, or select a meal plan and let us take care of the rest for you.

2. Once you select your item(s), the standard customisable options are:

Ingredients: Organic, Standard, Vegetarian, Vegan.

Meal size: 250 grams (small) or 400 grams (large)

Calorie level: High Calories/Protein, Normal Calories/Protein or Low Calories/Protein.

These are just the basic examples of customising your food. Since we hand-cook your order, we can cater to your eating preferences and diet. Including diets such as Plant-based, Ketogenic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, LCHF, Low Carb diets, Diabetic friendly, Free from gluten products, no added sugar, dairy free, Paleo, Halal, Alkaline, Low Sodium, Organic diets etc.

Improvement: In terms of opportunities to improve: having a few more breakfast and fish options would be good. And even options of a couple of fresh salads with tasty high fat dressings? The one thing that I think you really need to do is improve the nutritional information provided - l’ve noticed a couple of mistakes on what you do provide and I need to know more than just grams of carbs, protein and fat. Like dietary fibre, amount of iron and potassium, etc. and I have to continually translate kj to calories because I am on a calorie restricted diet and I track calories not kj but you don’t provide that.
