How long does your weight loss meals stay fresh?

Our meals are fresh, not frozen to ensure you have the freshest and most nutritious meal.

Our meals will last safely in your fridge for up to 7-10 days with no preservatives due to our cooling/sealing method.

Please check the expiry date sticker on your individual meals and keep the meals under refrigerated under 4 degrees celcius immediately and do not remove the meals from it's clear packaging.
