Our 3 days gluten free meal plan good for 4 weeks offers flexibility to suit your needs:

• 24 meals: Choose lunch and dinner only
• 36 meals: Choose breakfast, lunch, and dinner

If you wish to proceed with the 3 days meal plan with breakfast good for 4 weeks, please select “YES” on the “Breakfast” option.

For breakfast, select 12 breakfast meals and 24 main meals (lunch and/or dinner). If your selection doesn’t match the plan, we will adjust your order to meet the required number of meals.

Each meal plan is tailored to meet your individual preferences and goals. We prepare every meal from scratch, allowing us to customize ingredients based on your dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or calorie-specific requirements (e.g., under 1200 calories).

How it works:

1. Choose Your Plan: Select the number of days, ingredient type (standard or organic), and meal size (250g or 400g), and add any preferences in the checkout comments.
2. Personalized Questionnaire: After your order, you'll receive a short questionnaire to help us tailor your meals to your goals, including macro counts (calories, fats, proteins, carbs).
3. Fresh, Handcrafted Meals: Our chefs will prepare your meals using fresh, local ingredients and deliver them to your door.
4. Ongoing Support: We’ll check in with you to make sure you’re happy with your meals and adjust them as needed to fit your taste and goals.

Meal Delivery & Storage: Meals are delivered fresh and refrigerated — never frozen. During transit, meals will stay chilled for approximately 6–9 hours, depending on the temperature. Please refrigerate your meals immediately after delivery. For best freshness and quality, enjoy refrigerated meals within 7 days of delivery.

Food Allergy Notice: Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens, including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, and sulfites. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee the absence of these allergens.
