Our 5-day meal plan offers flexibility to suit your needs:
- 10 meals: Choose lunch and dinner only
- 15 meals: Choose breakfast, lunch, and dinner
If you wish to proceed with the 15-meal plan, please select “YES” on the “Breakfast” option.
For breakfast, select 5 breakfast meals and 10 main meals (lunch and/or dinner). If your selection doesn’t match the plan, we will adjust your order to meet the required number of meals.
Each meal plan is tailored to meet your individual preferences and goals. We prepare every meal from scratch, allowing us to customize ingredients based on your dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or calorie-specific requirements (e.g., under 1200 calories).
You can choose from over 50 delicious dishes, with 2 new options added monthly. Here is a link to this weeks menu (macros/ingredients)
How it works:
- Choose Your Plan: Select the number of days, ingredient type (standard or organic), and meal size (250g or 400g), and add any preferences in the checkout comments.
- Personalized Questionnaire: After your order, you'll receive a short questionnaire to help us tailor your meals to your goals, including macro counts (calories, fats, proteins, carbs).
- Fresh, Handcrafted Meals: Our chefs will prepare your meals using fresh, local ingredients and deliver them to your door.
- Ongoing Support: We’ll check in with you to make sure you’re happy with your meals and adjust them as needed to fit your taste and goals.
Subscription Option: Never worry about forgetting to order! Subscribe to our regular delivery service and have fresh meals delivered automatically. Contact us at (02) 8004 7457 to set it up.
Meal Delivery & Storage: Meals are refrigerated until delivery and will stay chilled for 6-9 hours, depending on the temperature. Please refrigerate your meals immediately after delivery.
Food Allergy Notice: Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens, including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, and sulfites. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee the absence of these allergens.
