So easy, so tasty
I was looking to order fresh and organic meals and stumbled upon A life plus by accident on the Internet:). The food delivery is excellent, packaging is great and freshness and taste wonderful. The price is also very affordable.

Where does the gluten free labelling come from?
Our chefs build each meal from gluten free ingredients and swaps, and we label every meal accordingly. Because we cook to order, we know exactly what goes into each dish.
Is there gluten hiding in the sauces?
No. Sauces, marinades and dressings are exactly where gluten usually sneaks in, so we make those gluten free too. That's the whole point of the box.
I have coeliac disease or a severe allergy. Can I order?
Our meals are prepared gluten free, but our kitchen also handles ingredients that contain gluten, so we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have coeliac disease or a severe allergy, please contact us first so we can talk through your needs before you order.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. The Starter Box is a one-off. No lock-in and no subscription. If you love it, you can order again or build your own box.
Can I choose the meals?
The Starter Box comes as a set menu so you can see every meal and its labelling before you order. After that, you can build future boxes the way you want them.
Should I choose 250g or 400g?
Same meals, different portion. 250g is a lighter serve, 400g is a fuller, more satisfying one.
