Description:
A fragrant, spiced Indian curry with creamy chicken tikka masala, nutty brown rice, crisp blanched beans, and sweet roasted pumpkin.
Ingredients:
Chicken, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Greek Yogurt, Tomato Paste, Cream, Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Brown Rice, Roasted Pumpkin, Blanched Beans, Fresh Coriander, Yogurt.
Components:
- Chicken Tikka Masala: 200g
- Brown Rice: 180g
- Roasted Pumpkin: 40g
- Blanched Beans: 40g
- Tikka Masala Sauce: 50g
Garnish:
- Fresh coriander leaves for color & aroma
- A swirl of yogurt for contrast
