There’s a lot of food out there labelled “low carb”.
That doesn’t always mean keto.
So rather than asking you to take our word for it, we show you exactly how many carbs are in each meal.
◆ Every meal contains between 3g and 8g of carbs per 250g serve. We use things like cauliflower rice and broccoli rice instead of grains, and we don’t load the meals up with sugary sauces. Simple.

Before you order
A few things you’ll probably want to know.
Is it actually keto, or just low carb?
It’s proper keto. The meals in this box contain between 3g and 8g of carbs per 250g serve, and we’ve put the numbers further up the page so you can check them yourself.
We’ve also been cooking keto meals for eight years, so this isn’t something we’ve just added to the menu because it’s popular.
When will my box arrive?
We deliver fresh across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS and WA. At checkout, enter your postcode and you’ll be able to see the delivery options available to you.
Am I signing up for a subscription?
No. Buy one box. That’s it.
If you like it and want another one, order again whenever it suits you.
Can I choose the meals?
Not with the Starter Box. We’ve deliberately chosen the meals for you because the whole idea is to make getting started easier.
If you’d rather choose everything yourself, our regular 3, 5 and 7 day plans let you pick your own dishes.
Should I choose 250g or 400g?
They’re the same meals. It’s just the portion size that changes.
Choose 250g if you want a lighter serve. Choose 400g if you’re more active, have a bigger appetite or know 250g probably won’t fill you up.
250g is $83.00 and 400g is $99.00.
What about allergies?
Our kitchen handles common allergens including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, soy, tree nuts and gluten.
Because everything is prepared in the same kitchen, cross-contamination is possible and we can’t guarantee meals are completely free from these allergens.
