Yes, in most cases. Meal preparation and delivery sits under Core Supports, Assistance with Daily Living, support item 01_023_0120_1_1. Your plan needs funding available in that category. Call us on (02) 8091 4087 and we will help you check.
I am not sure how my plan is managed.
That is very common. Your plan manager, support coordinator or local area coordinator can tell you. You can also call the NDIA on 1800 800 110, or call us and we will work it out with you.

Do I have to commit to a set number of meals?
No. There are no lock-in contracts and no minimum orders. Delivery is free on orders over $50.00.
