◆ Every meal contains between 3g and 8g of carbs per 250g serve. We use things like cauliflower rice and broccoli rice instead of grains, and we don’t load the meals up with sugary sauces. The nutritional information is published on every dish, so you can check the carbs, protein and fat without having to work it all out yourself.

Do I have to subscribe?
No. Order when you want meals. There’s no lock-in contract and nothing to cancel.
How many keto meals are there?
There are more than 50 keto dishes on the menu, and it changes as new ones come on.
The Starter Box is a fixed selection of six meals and a dessert chosen by our kitchen. If you’d rather pick everything yourself, our 3, 5 and 7 day keto plans let you do that.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Fresh. Everything is cooked to order in our kitchen, then chilled and delivered. Keep them in the fridge and heat one when you need it.
Can I customise my meals?
Yes, on the regular keto plans. Because every meal is cooked individually, it can be adjusted to your dietary needs, allergies and preferences.
The Starter Box is the exception. It comes as our kitchen picked it so you can try it without any decisions. From your next order onwards, tell us what you want changed and we cook it that way.
Should I choose 250g or 400g?
They’re the same meals. It’s just the portion size that changes.
Choose 250g if you want a lighter serve. Choose 400g if you’re more active, have a bigger appetite or know 250g probably won’t fill you up.
250g is $83.00 and 400g is $99.00.

We deliver fresh across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS and WA. At checkout, enter your postcode and you’ll be able to see the delivery options available to you.
Can I see the macros?
Yes. The nutritional information is published on every dish, so you can check the carbs, protein and fat before you order. The meals in this box contain between 3g and 8g of carbs per 250g serve.
What if the meals aren’t what I expected?
If the meals aren’t what we say they are, let us know and we’ll refund you.
What about allergies?
Our kitchen handles common allergens including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, soy, tree nuts and gluten.
Because everything is prepared in the same kitchen, cross-contamination is possible and we can’t guarantee meals are completely free from these allergens.
