3 Days Gluten Free Meal Plan - Lunch & Dinner

This is a 3 days meal plan that delivers 6 meals in total if you choose lunch & dinner and 9 meals in total if you choose breakfast, lunch & dinner.

We create every meal plan differently because each of us has unique requirements. We are able to personalise the dishes to your goals and preferences by hand-cooking every one of your dishes to order. This includes personalising for your dietary preferences (e.g. Vegetarian, no gluten), removing ingredients you don’t like (e.g no fish, dairy) all the way to your individual calorie level requirements. (e.g. I don’t want to exceed 1200 calories).

Reminders & Storage:

• Consume immediately after opening
  
• Store at 1-4°c

Note: Your meals are refrigerated up until the minute they are delivered and the meals will stay chilled in the box for approx 6-9 hours depending on the temperature. Please ensure you refrigerate the meals immediately, once the delivery has been made to your property successfully.

Note: We prepare gluten-free products that meet coeliac requirements, but our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also prepares gluten-containing meals.

Our chefs take stringent precautions to avoid cross contamination, which includes scheduling allergen- and non-allergen-containing products, staff training, internal cleaning verification systems, external laboratory testing, and cleaning and sanitation programs.

For any additional customisations please include the text in the "special instructions" section at checkout. Example: Substitute or remove any ingredient you don't like, remove allergens such as Milk, Fish etc. and texture modify to Softened and Pureed.
