Benefits of 900cal diet

This plan is suitable for customers who enjoy intermittent fasting; we designed it in such a way that you still receive sufficient energy for effective weight loss. 

At the start of a weight-loss program, very low-calorie diets are intended to produce rapid weight loss, approximately 3 to 5 pounds per week.

Our 900 calories fasting fat loss meal plan and is considered very low calorie diet is a calorie-restricted weight-loss program. These diets are frequently used to assist obese patients in losing significant amounts of weight quickly as part of a comprehensive weight-loss program. Due to the limited food intake and caloric intake of approximately 900 per day, this very low-calorie diet should be used only in certain circumstances and under the supervision of a physician and/or expert dietitian.

Each meal plan is unique, as each of us has unique dietary requirements. By hand-cooking each of your dishes to order, we are able to tailor them to your specific goals and preferences.

Daily Exercise

  • 4000 steps a Day
  • Sleep 8 hours
  • 10 squats a day, 10 push-ups, 10 walking lunges each leg
  • Clear your pantry, Making the bed burns 70 calories an hour

Suggested Drinks & Water intake

Based on studies drinking 1-2 liter a day is sufficient to help in weight loss

Other suggested drinks you can take (not included): Water, unsweetened tea, herbs, mint, small amounts of vinegar, lemon or lime juice are fine with a fast.
